Feeding Your Shih TzuBecause of this we prefer not to lay out hard and fast rules here and like to discuss the feeding requirements and preferences of each puppy with their perspective new owners.

As a breed these dogs are known to suffer from allergies; therefore it is particularly important to establish a nutritious and balanced diet that works for your individual dog right from the outset. As with many breeds, it is important to set a good routine and feed them in the same place and at the same time every day.

ALWAYS remember to have clean, fresh drinking water available for your little one, especially before and after exercise.
